City Frames

City Frames

Lifestyle
Introduction

"City Frames" is an editorial journey through Boston’s vibrant streets, capturing Paola Lara in a variety of urban moods and styles. From chic café culture to bold graffiti backdrops, from elegant riverside sunsets to dynamic subway energy, this collection merges fashion with the pulse of the city. Each frame tells a story of confidence, elegance, and modern identity, positioning Paola not only as a model but as a character within the city itself.

Process
  • Pre-Production: The concept was designed to highlight Boston as a living backdrop. Each location—café, graffiti alley, waterfront, downtown, and subway—was selected for its ability to contrast or complement Paola’s styling.

  • Styling & Direction: Outfits ranged from casual streetwear to elegant gowns and chic business attire, reinforcing the theme of versatility. Accessories and wardrobe choices aligned with each setting to maximize editorial impact.

  • Photography Execution: Cinematic framing, natural light during golden hour, and dynamic urban compositions were combined with intentional posing—from relaxed to powerful—to create variety and visual storytelling.

Results

The series presents Paola Lara as a multifaceted muse, blending seamlessly into diverse urban settings while maintaining a strong editorial identity. "City Frames" reflects JPics Studio’s ability to balance fashion, lifestyle, and storytelling through imagery that feels both aspirational and relatable. Each photograph could stand alone as a magazine feature, but together they form a narrative of elegance within the city.

""Working with JPics Studio was transformative. Every location and look made me feel like I was stepping into a new story. The direction was clear and professional, and the final photos truly captured different sides of me in ways I never imagined.""
